The Idaho Quarter Horse Association is a 501. Corporation and the racing division is part of this corporation.  The purpose of the Racing Division is to promote American Quarter Horse racing in Idaho.  

It is ran by a Board of Directors.  The main functions of the Racing Division office are to administer the races they promote and conduct the Bitterroot Stallion Service Auction, their annual fund raiser.  

Membership dues of $30 must be paid by June 1st of the year to be eligible for the Year End Awards.
