berth and mail a written statement about the sale to our office.

Q: I purchased a stallion on the BR Stallion Auction. Did not get
shipped semen from the horse I purchased, but from another eligible stallion. Is the free berth transferable to the

Q: My stallion is Thoroughbred, if mares tht breed with him are Quarter Horses, do the colts qualify to
run in the BR and IC races?
A: Yes, as long as he mare is a QH
Q: I sent in a payment a
few days ago, I need to drop the horse, can I have my money returned?
A: Yes, if it has not been deposited and
it is before the list has been mailed out

Q: I nominated
a horse for the IC Nomination Series. My hose had to be put down soon after I nominated it, could I get a refund?
