must win at least once in Idaho in the year being considered (except for Outstanding Idaho Bred Award)

to have won an R.O.M. to be considered. In case of a tie, horse with the most wins and R.O.M.s will be given preference

Official races run equals 1 point added
5. Official AQHA and R.O.M. points added
6. Money earned equals
2 points per $1000.00 earned
7. Each first place equals 4 points
8. Each second place equals 2 points

Each third place equals 1 point
10. Official speed index points: Track records equal 10 points, 100 SI and
over equals 6 points each race, 90-99 SI equals 5 points each race, 80-89 SI equals 2 points each race

additional points will be given for stakes win, ten additional points for stakes place and six additional points for stakes

- top breeder and 1st runner up

Trainer/Jockey of the year
1.
Must race primarily in Idaho
2. Must be a member of the IQHA-Racing Division by June 1st of the current year
3.
Only Quarter Horse wins in Idaho will be counted
4. One point given for every Idaho win
Horse of the year
1. Owner or owners must be member(s) of the IQHA-Racing Division
by June 1st of the current year
2. Horse must win at least once in Idaho to be eligible
3. The winner
of this award shall be determined by the Board of Directors of the IQHA-Racing Division using rules #3 thru #12 as guidelines
Outstanding Idaho Bred
1. Owner or owners must be member(s) of the IQHA-Racing Division
by June 1st of the current year
2. Horse does not have to start in Idaho to be eligible
3. The winner
of this award shall be determined by the Board of Directors of the IQHA-Racing Division using rules #3 thru #12 as guidelines
